ENERGY, THE ENVIRONMENT AND WATER

Our research in the Water and Environmental area is currently focused on the development of new opportunities offered by other fields of application, such as desalination involving adaptations and improvements based on modelling technologies.

Relevant projects:

CFD MODELING OF THE PROCESS OF GENERATION OF MICROBUBBLES IN SALT WATER AND VALIDATION IN DESALINATION PLANT FLOATING EQUIPMENT – SALFLOAT- IDI-20140544 –

TECEXSA developed a specific algorithm executable in FLUENT with the objective of customising and optimising the flotation equipment designs for saline applications. The support of the CDTI and the Basque Government, through the SALFLOAT project, allowed us to advance in the modeling of our equipment with the use of CFD technology.
In collaboration with two technological centres, LEORPE, TECNUN and CEIT
