Advanced manufacture cross-cutting technologies, such as machining process monitoring, aerostatic technology, microscopy and on-machine measurement are also another area that we are researching and developing.

This project involved the development and validation by Egile ExtremePrecision of several configurations of one of the key components of the future CLIC accelerator. Egile ExtremePrecision, in direct collaboration with CERN, became one of the three companies certified for the manufacture of these components, which require roughness of 10 nm and sub-mircron shape errors..
