While we started as a tooling supplier, continuous cooperation with customers pushed us further. And further again. This resulted in new capabilities, new investments and new developments in order to fully support our customers’ requirements for Easy-Open End conversion.

Today Egile Can Tooling is proud to serve thousands of tooling spares, manage efficiency improvement projects or manufacture complete EOE conversion systems.

The tooling of the Easy-Open End conversion systems is part of Egile CanTooling’s nature.

Since the very beginning we have manufactured parts for the metal packaging industry and 30 years later it is still a core activity driving our company. 20.000 parts manufactured every year for key players all over the world encourage us to keep providing better products and service solutions to the market.

Easy-Open End producers have several requirements to achieve their goals. Tab stock downgauging, process control and end-product quality are among the most important of them.

We have succesfully implemented more than 60 Efficiency Improvement projects, focusing on improving the OEE of the Conversion systems. Our Design and Engineering team supports also our customers’ in-house installation and fine-tuning.

The Egile NonStock© concept was developed as a result of many years of cooperation with our customers. When it comes to servitization, the daily contact and unique requirements of each customer call for a dedicated proposal. In order to obtain high ROI, non-stop production lines, we support our customers in different ways: automatic spare parts management and dispatch service, a score repair production cell or cloud- based control panels for their tooling.
