Manufacturing components with nanometric roughnesses and dimensional or geometric tolerances of less than one micron means being able to measure the magnitude of any parameter that influences the end result, therefore allowing it to be compensated. Our capability in terms of metrology, both contact and non-contact, along with our correlation strategies with referral institutions or customers, means we can guarantee our processes and products.
In our case, metrology is a stage prior to manufacture, as it allows us to check the repeatability of the means of production and support projects as a way of improving or customising machines and their accessories, reaching robustness and accuracy levels beyond that currently available on the market.
